ST forging steel globe valve is forged from high quality materials, which can withstand great impact force and has higher plasticity, toughness and other mechanical properties than steel casting.
Forged steel globe valves are generally not larger than DN80 in diameter and are mostly designed with reduced diameter. Compared with cast steel globe valves of the same diameter, the flow rate is slightly lower, but the pressure and temperature range is higher than that of cast steel, with good sealing performance and long service life.
As with other globe valves, the flow direction of the medium to be limited.
Forged steel globe valves can be divided into forged steel T-type globe valves and forged steel Y-type globe valves according to the different installation locations.
