Double plate check valve

Dual-plate check valves are wafer-type valves with a short overall length. Their excellent hydrodynamic properties result in very low pressure losses. Their lower weight brings advantages during installation, transport and storage.
They are suitable for liquid, gas and steam in heating, air conditioning and cooling systems. However, they can also be used in steam and condensate systems, in the water supply, and in oil and natural gas pipes.
With the suitable springs, they can be installed in any position.


Structural Features:

1. No retainer body design, no external body penetration, eliminating the possibility of external leakage.The disc assembly is held in place by the high strength key.

2, the surface is smooth, no bolts and other section of the material.No gasket restrictions required.

3, the seat surface after grinding, high finish, good sealing performance.

4. High torque inconel spring for quick closing.

5. Each valve is housing and seat pressure tested in accordance with INDUSTRY standard API 598.

6. Wafer, lugs and double flanges are available.
