ST forged gate valve is made of high quality material with strong bearing capacity, higher plasticity and toughness than steel casting.Forged steel gate valves generally have diameters no more than DN80 and are mostly designed with reduced diameter. Compared with cast steel gate valves of the same caliber, the flow rate is slightly lower, but the pressure and temperature range is higher than that of cast steel gate valves. The sealing performance is firmer than cast steel gate valves and the service life is longer.
Structural features:
1. The main component is forging, and the middle cavity has three types: bolted bonnet, welded bonnet, and pressure self-tightening seal structure

4. 900lb, 1500lb and 2500lb cavities adopt pressure self-tightening sealing structure, the sealing performance increases with the increase of internal pressure, and the reliability is high
